SERVICE PROCESS

Assessment

Understand the client's culture, company background, industry, and product characteristics in detail, communicate fully and effectively with the client, and discuss and analyze the positions that need to be recruited.
Analysis Plan

Based on our deep understanding of the industry in which our clients are located, combined with the specific requirements of the position, we will formulate a detailed search plan for the recruitment of various position. Based on the search plan, we will contact each potential candidate with our specialized skills.
Sign Cooperation Agreement

Through good communication with clients, describe in detail the responsibilities, job conditions, special requirements, and corresponding salary ranges of the required recruitment positions. The service agreement includes the job description, recruitment method, project time and guaranteed cost structure, etc.
Identify Candidates

Analyze and filter all the information of contacted candidates, including the candidate's job status, communication skills, target resignation, salary level, etc. Candidates who meet the requirements will be screened and will be arranged for interview.
Evaluate Candidates

Interview candidates according to the job description and employment requirements, and mainly evaluate the candidates' personality, characteristics, management capabilities, professional knowledge and skills, communication skills, reasons for leaving, etc. Based on the interview, formulate a detailed report and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates.
Recommend candidates and Schedule interview

Under normal contexts, we will provide the client with comprehensive information about the candidates within three (3) weeks after signing the contract, arrange interviews between the candidates and clients according to the client's requirements, and assist both parties in effectively communicating about the specific employment conditions.
